Error in call to Device driver when trying to Start debugger

I tried this 1000 times and it does not work.

I get the error "Error in call to Device driver, A device attached to the system is not functioning", every time I push F9 and Start the Debugger.

I unplugged the mikroProg from the USB port, updated the firmware, nothing works!!! I am trying to debug the "PIC Clicker" using the supplied sample code from the website?

Please help, what is going on????

Hi,
Try disabling the PLL and lower the frequency to the 16Mhz.
Let me know if this worked,
