CAN NOT DETECT TM4C123GH6PGE BY mikroProg V1.6

Hi everyone.

Please help me to load hex file from cumputer to tm4c123gh6pge on my PCB.
when connected cable of my PCB to mikroProg and click Detect MCU button on mikroProg suite for ARM then appeared messeger "Debug Bab Partid Error" after that i got messeger "Debug Timeout"
while i connected mikroProg and mikromedia Plus for TIVA then OK.
so what wrong is mine. Please help me to overcome.
