Pick it 3 with microc

Hello to everybody,
I have just discovered microc and I want integrate this IDE with my Pick it 3.... i.e. I want use my pick it 3 ICD to download the programs I write with micrc; but unfortunatelly I do not know how to do :( .
Is someone could be so kind to explain me how to do ?
