LIB [USB_Device_ARM] NOT SUPPORT STM32F103RB?

I have downloaded and installed the library [USB_Device_ARM], the example of [MassStorageDevice] chip is STM407. but I want to use STM32F103RB, compiler error, the library not support STM32F103(NON OTG)?
