Adding support to MK20DX256VLH7

Hello,
Teensy is one of the most powerful development kits based on Cortex-M4. I was searching got its onboard
ARM Microcontrollers - MCU KINETIS 256K

Unfortunately, it is not supported by the MikroC compiler for ARM. I hope Teensy kit can be added as your compiler is much superior than Arduino for granted.
