Cypress has a range of fascinating chips, combining FPGA and ARM processor

Is it possible to use Mikroe C compiler for this ARM processor
If not, could you develop a compiler for it ?

CYPRESS seem to recommend https://www.keil.com/ but this compiler
seem extremely expensive
