My ARM compiler IDE always close

Hi every body

Today when I start my ARM compiler version 6.2.0 (The last version) it always close after a few seconds. I tried to reinstall the software but this error still exist. I can't work because it does not open. I have to restart the windows and try again but with the same problem. Can any one help me? Thanks

Turn off your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection before starting the application.

Hello,

Do you have installed some antivirus or firewall? If yes, try to disable it and let me know the result.
Don't forget to run the compiler using admin privileges.
