Libstock packages won't install

I had some Libstock packages installed in 2.2. When I upgraded to 2.4, they disappeared. I went to re-install them, and Package Manager behaved normally, but when I looked at the library tab, nothing was installed.
If you know what you're doing, you're not learning anything.
