Hi,
the only application I try to load is the simple USB application found on your site and still it overwrites the flash memory,
Can you please attach the HEX file of this application ?
If I understand you correctly, when you upload this HEX via the bootloader, the mikromedia is not detected by the Windows anymore until you reprogram the bootloader via the mikroProg programmer ?
