Why no SPI net-ethernet for small PIC32?
Why no SPI net-ethernet for small PIC32?
The definition files in the net-ethernet package aren't checked for the PIC32MX110-250 series. They all have SPI. Is there a particular reason why they aren't supported by the net-ethernet package for the ENCJ versions?

You probably talk about the Network Ethernet Library found on libstock. It's probably only because the package was made before thoses chip were supported. You can try repacking the library using this method, I can't confirm it will work but it will give you access to the library for those parts and worth a try .

Right. "Network Ethernet" from Libstock, which shows up in the sidebar as net ethernet.
I thought about doing that, but I wanted to know if there was a reason. You're probably right; they just haven't gone back and redone it for the newer chips. I was just curious, I don't need it (or have the hardware) right now.
