Add support for TFT proto 5 and 7.

Add support for TFT proto 5 and 7 in VisualTFT. Please I am making a project which I have to complete it in 2 months and I have purchased TFT Proto 5 and 7 boards. I am interfacing it with PIC32MX795F512L and STM32 M4.
