SPI support for TFT... again

Hello and pardon me if I insist on this subject, although it has been already covered on many previous posts.
But, as I get from ME answers, "SPI support is not a priority".
Well, from my point of view, being VTFT a software specifically designed and dedicated to TFT displays, and being SPI the standard communication channel for the vast majority of TFT displays available on market, SPI support should be a priority indeed, one of the main priorities.
Hope that ME development department will consider dedicating some resources to this task soon.
