MMB PIC24 startup

I done some temperature cycle testing with the MMB PIC24 touch pad examples…

I noticed some sporadic startup behaviour which resulted in the touchpad failing to operate and was cured by simply enabling the clock monitoring option in the project edit options. Then do a recompile.
