Some guidance for VTFT

Hello!

I have a small project where I have to use a 7 inch HMI panel. I'm thinking in using this one:

I have some experience in working with 8bits MCU and MikroC PRO.

Is it possible to use this panel with the PIC18F8722? Should I buy the visual TFT software?

My concern is that I have to display on the HMI, over time, some analog inputs like a XY plot graph(X axis in seconds and Y is the pressure from 0 to 10bars). Can anyone point me a similar tutorial on doing this?
