VTFT 1.00 : Display Zoom icon

Hi,

Sometimes, when scrolling code with right vertical sliding bar, it display zoom icon when sliding bar is at top/bottom level.

having trouble reproducing this one,
but as you say, sometimes, we will keep watch for this behavior.
