Advanced Ethernet example

And example to go with the advanced (Microchip-based) ethernet library would be helpful.
If you know what you're doing, you're not learning anything.

Ok, I see it under dsPIC PRO2. I was looking under LV24-33, but I think I can modify the dsPIC PRO2 one.
