Bruno's ethernet package

Serial ethernet package like Bruno's ver compact and working. With DHCP if possible

IMO, the dsPIC and PIC24 TCP/IP stack should have more functionality than the PIC stack. Either keep and support the existing Microchip-based stack, or add the extra features to the Bruno-based stack. Small footprint shouldn't be an issue on a dsPIC or PIC24.
