HID PIC24FJ256GB106

I try to convert my PIC18F4550 project to PIC24FJ256GB106.
I have problem with USB - enumeration stop.
PIC18 enumeration log (RS232) :
Reset
Reset
TokenSetup 80 06 01 00 00 00 00 40
TokenIn 00 01
Reset
TokenSetup 00 05 00 01 00 00 00 00
TokenIn 00 03
Address Set 01
..

PIC24 enumeration log(RS232):
Reset
Reset
TokenSetup 80 06 01 00 00 00 00 40
TokenIn 00 01

Host don't transmit Reset.

Help ???
