Bootloader for PIC24F... help needed

Hi,
I'm new on this site
may be I'm not so able to find the things, so sorry in advance.

I came from an ST_MCU where i developped my own bootloader by mean a common PC-RS232 connection. (Terminal, Hyperterminal etc etc)

Now I'm loooking for a similar software for the PIC24FJ...
could somebody of you give me a little help, more concrete than Microchip AN1157 or AN1094?
