Simple Motion Detector built with mikroElektronika Boards
This video is a simple demonstration of how you can build your own motion detector
using Motion Sensor Board and USB REG Board from mikroElektronika.
When motion is detected a LED lights up. Instead of LED, you can easily add relays,
buzzers or motors to make an alarm or other device.
Yours sincerely,

Re: Simple Motion Detector built with mikroElektronika Board
HI
i have one board and i want to interface it with AVR micro controller (Atmega 16 specially) does it want any additional component to connect it with controller and its test codes valid for atmega 16 or need to develop code
Thanks in Advance

Hello,
we already have provided example for this board for ATMega16 controller.
You only need to connect Vdd, GND and Out to External Interrupt pin of microcontroller.
Best regards.

Dear janko.kaljevic ,
Thanks a lot for quick answering.
i have another question i want to ask about it.
1- i need the values of (resistance , capacitor , and transistor) added before the led on output pin
2- can i test it stand alone with ordinary power supply with this additional component i asked about it before as i tried with 5V power supply and a Led at the output but it does`nt work or it mainly need 3.3 v to work correctly
Thanks in Advance
Regards
Sara

Re: Simple Motion Detector built with mikroElektronika Board
Hello,
The hardware used on the proto board is very simple.
It uses a transistor to drive a LED, and capacitor is connected between Vcc and GND.
This set up works on 3.3V, but the sensor can work on both 3.3V and 5V.
Best regards.

Hi,
Thanks alot
i had tried both stand alone and this setting it doesnt work
i checked the out put pin of sensor it has 0 volt if a body is exist or not
is there any solution to test that its working or not ???
Thanks
