Need some help for PIC programation

Hi everybody,
Does someone known a freelance technician or engineer with some experience in PIC (C langage) programming, available for 1 or 2 weeks in the EST suburb of Paris (FRANCE)? We are working with MIKROELEKTRONIKA development Tools. Thank you for your help.
