Yes, there is.
We are preparing all our compilers for Linux, we will put announcements and expectation dates when the time comes.

I am not sure what will management decide, but I know that we are rewriting a lot of code, not because of Linux, but because of making command line compilers.

Tests show that the new compilers are 10-20x faster than current existing ones... 8)
There are other enhancements too, but it's too early to show off.

The last time I tried to run mikroPascal under WINE, the install program worked, but the mP program didn't. It did, however, install all of the examples and other files where I could access them with a editor.

Even if mP worked, there's still the problem of the USB driver to download to the board. That has to be specifically tailored to Linux.
If you know what you're doing, you're not learning anything.

Hi,
The last time I tried to run mikroPascal under WINE, the install program worked, but the mP program didn't. It did, however, install all of the examples and other files where I could access them with a editor.
I can also say that mikroPascal runs under wine. I'm running Ubuntu 7.04. picFlash however doesn't work due to the USB drivers.

At the moment I'm running VMware Server with a Windows image and this is working 100%, compiling and programming. The negative point here is that Windows is still running inside Linux.

Can't wait for the Linux compilers :)

PortA not working? Add CMCON := 7; PortD not working? Add ADCON1 := 6;

MikroC at Linux is my interest too.
Like sonic, I only have windows in my PC because of mikroC and PICFlash.

Zristic, do you have some news about this project?
