Programming pic10F322 with EasyPic6

hi
i have an EasyPic6 Board.
inside mikroC Pro for PIC (last version) i can selec Programming PIC10F322 chip. but when i tried to upload the programm it displays an error:
"Programming not supported in mikroProg for this MCU".

Please how could i update the mikroICD chip for my board.
