6DOF IMU 14 Click problem

#1 Post by TimCruise » 08 May 2021 12:24

I have a new 6DOF IMU 14 Click board and a mikroc pic pro 7 board.
https://www.mikroe.com/6dof-imu-14-click

I installed its library from within Libstock Manager.
This click board`s library is for pic pro v8. So I filled in pic pro 7 board definition path into my project`s search path. Then, I could select pic pro v7 as the host board.

I began to compile my project and it was a success. Then, I tried to programme it and it failed. It showed a window as in my attachment.

So how do I correct this error?

Hello,

It sounds like CODEGRIP programmer is selected in your project instead of mikroProg.
Go to Tools > Programmer/Debugger options and select mikroProg for PIC.

Everything has been figured out by Support. :D

However, the library`s quality control is bad. This click board`s default circuit was soldered as SPI BUT the library source default protocol was set to I2C!

It makes new users so frustrated!
