A small question about MCP3008

Hello, all!
Would somebody mind explaining why it is OK to wire the DIN, DOUT, SCLK, and CS pins of the MCP3008 directly to their respective pins on the Pi with no pullup resistors or current-limiting resistors? I've seen it done both ways in several tutorials. And here is an article (https://www.utmel.com/components/mcp300 ... ns?id=461 ) which describes the details about MCP3008.
Good listening!

Hi.
The SPI can work with 1 master and several slaves. If a single slave is used, its SS input can be grounded, but only if it is not cutting off the signal.
If you use several slave devices, then you need to hang pull-up resistors on each of the SS pins and make sure that the MISO outputs of each of the devices are connected through a buffer with a high impedance state (in practice, the output is considered disabled), this can be implemented inside the microcircuit, you need to study the documentation for a specific device.
