Newbee Questions about the OSC Click

Hi!
The OSD Click looks like a wonderful device and I would like to use it. It says it can handle 30 columbs and 16 rows. Is this true and with TV's /monitors doing overscan are all columbs and rows useable? I program in PIC Basic and it looks like the same PIC's are used. Is the programming code the same or completely different? Does the OSD Click have "standard" font packages or do you have to create your own fonts? How are fonts loaded into to OSD Click?
