v5.0 IDE menu invisible [Ok]

#1 Post by Dany » 05 Jul 2011 12:14

Hi, sometimes, when a menu item (like "Project") is clicked the menu shown is blank, the menu items are invisible, see

Image
When the cursor is moved down in the menu, the items become visible one by one.

Thanks in advance! :D

Extra info (2012-01-07): problem solved after deleting the internet temprary (cached) files. Thanks onClick!

Now I can: Click on e.g. the "library manager" (also the project mgr, the project settings etc... will do) and after that click on a menu item (file, edit view project, etc...) while the library mgr is visible.

Valid for v54.0 of mP for PIC and mP for dsPIC/PIC24, perhaps also others.

Thanks in advance! :D

must be something OS / config related, i have not been able to reproduce anything alike on 2 systems, one running XP sp3 and another running Windows 7, i have checked the pascal copilers for PIC, dsPIC and PIC32, all behave well at this point on both systems.

Hi,

Indeed, this looks like a OS related issue, I wasn't able to reproduce it on my computer ?
Which OS are you using ?

Regards,
Filip.
