Switch off Optimizer when builting in ICD Debug Mode

Hello,
When I build in debug mode, I need to see evry variables (local and global)
It becomes impossible if Optimizer has removed some local variables during build.

In this case, i would appreciate to have an "automatic Switch off" of the Optimizer when building in ICD Debug Mode.
if it's possible.
