lib_lcd has unresolved externs

unresolved extern LCD_D7, etc.

all libraries checked

happening in project which was migrated from mikroC for dsPIC

You should read the Help/Migration Document and check in Help about the use of new LCD library. There's also an example there which shows how the LCD data and signal lines should be declared.
