PWM pulse in DSPIC at 200kHZ frequency and 50% duty

I am using DSPIC33FJ32MC202 IC. I need to create 2 switching pulses having a switching frequency of 200kHz and a duty of 50%. What formula should I follow to calculate the inputs for different frequency and duty?

You can find the formula for calculating PWM Frequency in the family reference manual.
