Re: FT8XX touchpad and resolution
I can't use capacitive touchpads as the end users sometimes use surgical gloves. Most Capacitive screens will work perfectly with surgical gloves, I have a working application using the FT80x with a Cap screen and found good results with surgical gloves and even work gloves. test out with any moder...

Re: FT801 on an Arduino Clone
Hi Beljana,
Lucky I don't need multi touch control, as code for the FT800 can be uploaded straight into the FT801.
What i did was just comment out the problem function.
Thank you for your reply anyway

Re: TM4C129XC Internal SRAM
Hi Darko, Your response on the ticket was much appreciated and I thank you for your time trying to help me. However; the problem of using the internal SRAM to buffer the the screen data to the TFT has unfortunately not been resolved. I have been informed that the TFT_INTERN library can only pass scr...

Re: TM4C129XC Internal SRAM
Hi Darko, Thank you for your reply, So I would not be able to use the built in functions like TFTIntern_Fill_Screen(0); Also it seems the declaration for the Memory start address might be incorrect, void TFTIntern_SetMemoryStartAddr(unsigned int *Aptr); This should be unsigned long to accommodate th...

Thanks Darko,darko.minic wrote:Hi,
As I can see you tried with our example to change address from 0x10000000 to 0x20000000.
I will investigate this a little bit further and let you know the results.

Darko
Any news luck in getting this to work?

TM4C129XC Internal SRAM
Hi, Has anyone had any luck using the internal SRAM on the TM4C129XC to update a TFT :?: :?: I am using the Mikromedia 5 for Tiva development board. I have a fully working project using the Dev board when using the external SDRAM. However, all attempts to switch to using the internal SRAM have given...

Re: showing special characters
Hi, ConnectEVE (FT800) can display a character only up to 127 (End Char: 127). It is a limitation of the very chip. Please, take a look at the FT800 Datasheet: http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Documents/DataSheets/ICs/DS_FT800.pdf Best regards, Marina Hi Marina, Thank you for your reply, Is there no...
