ICD error on BigPic4

I use BIGPIC4 with ICD capabilities, but when I try to use it, I receive a message saying "New firmware revision required" and "Old Firmware (ICD not supported)".
I'm trying with old (on CD) and new (WebSite) Driver + PicFlash2 but without success.

how can I do it?
