Re: MCU Clock speed and Project Settings

Hi filip,

thank you for your advice about the OSC FQ setup. Great!
2.nd question was only because of personal convenience, i'm used to have all HW setup at the start of the code. Would be nice to have only.

best regards + Thank you!

MCU Clock speed and Project Settings

Hi, to have errorfree adjustment to my serial data speed constraint of 230400baud, i would use 18.4320 MHz and also 14.7456MHz. As far as i have evaluated, none of such clock speeds can be set up in "Project Settings" -> "MCU Clock". to continue work with mikroBasic, it would be essential to set bot...

Re: reading serial data after header

Hi filip, my MCU is a ATMega2561 running at 18,432000 MHz. The baudrate of 230.4 kBaud works well with another basic program code. But with this basic i have a bottleneck in this application. Now i am rewriting the code with mikroBasic, that is a good learning by doing and i will see if mikrobasic p...

AVRFlash v.214 / available Device Frequencies

Dear mikroE Team,

my AVR application runs with a XTAL of 14.745600 MHz. That is defined for UART speed constraints.
Unfortunately, this Frequency is not included in the selectable List "Device Frequencies".

It may be possible to add 14,745600 MHz and as well 3,6864 MHz ?

best regards

Re: W2K driver installation problem

Hello dejan, the problem could be solved by redoing the complete installation ( i have done that twice before) but at the point driver installation, to select surprisingly the Win98 driver suite for my Windows2000 OS. With the system hardware manager i was able to locate the win98 driver in c:\progr...

Hi mikroE AVR Team, since a long time working with Bascom, i am studying now mikroBasic AVR and i am rewriting a bascom project to mikro AVR code in the hope to have more performance on high speed data writing to CF-Card. I am a little bit wondering what kind of different the both basic instruction ...

Re: Port Declaration

Hello Dejan,

thank you for your fast response and your recommendation. Sorry i have overseen to look into
the example folder of my mikrobasic program suite. I added the code and the compiler error was gone.

best regards!

Hello Sergiu, i thank you a lot to share your exerience. I work with bascom also since many years and i have realized some different types of control and data recording units for our flight test measurement equipment.
